@wizardofcause check your subscribers lost vs your subscribers gained separately in analytics. I would wager you are losing a normal amount of subs, but not gaining any new ones to balance it out because your videos are not being recommended.
I've been having the same problem, we got to the bottom of it today. Whatever major algorithm change was introduced a week or so ago has been seriously fucking with a lot of channels.

Yet plenty continue experiencing growth. Hell, 90% of the channels I've promoted as part of Saints or on my own have now outgrown what mine was at my peak and they continue blowing up. I don't get why the platform would want to fuck it's creators in such a seemingly random way.

This is true, a lot of people are growing rapidly as well. They are probably getting the exact growth that has been taken away from you. Considering YouTube rolls out 200-300 algorithm changes a year, it might be that things change back next week. It's definitely fucked.
