“Good” and “evil” are (sometimes) useful concepts. But they aren’t real... Nothing is ACTUALLY “good” or “evil.” Those are just words your brain pastes onto reality. Things are just what they are. If more of us understood this, the world would be less violent.

The concept of evil allows people to dehumanize anyone they label as evil though.

That's only true if the concept of evil were intrinsically tied to beings instead of actions. It's not. The solution to your problem isn't to erase the concept of good/evil, but to clarify what they define. Besides, if good/evil don't exist then dehumanization is neutral.

If good and evil are merely social constructs, then might makes right and I can do whatever I want so long as I'm the strongest/most capable. I'm sure we've seen this ideology played out somewhere...
