Married young, community college degree with zero debt. Got job, proceeded to get better jobs. Bought house at 30, kids got jobs and moved out, almost debt free at 45. I should have bought the house earlier. Buy land. Keep it in the family.

The Latin American way is much better and I’ll be raising my son the same way. Live at home until marriage. Don’t throw away money on rent. He’ll either get a scholarship for college or we’ll pay for an in-state college.

Joined army at 19 , wife saved almost everything i was paid on my first two peacekeeping deployments. Bought first house, upgraded qualifications at night with study , got out . Bought 2 more. 3 kids at home , theyll get one each when they're ready
