Instead of saying “sorry” for the 50th time
Try “Thank you” with a genuine compliment
“Thank you for being so patient”
Repeating “Sorry” makes your feelings their problem and exhausts them

And no, “Thank you for putting up with my stupidity” doesn’t count

Good tip. Helps reframe the issue. Providing praise rather than continually calling out the error/ delay. It’s a somewhat subtle difference but it definitely is impactful.
