I strongly disagreed with your assessment of Kratos until I realized I think you just mean that he embodies natural virtues, because in 1 & the first half of 2 he sure doesn't have any principles of any kind. He's pure nihilistic rage. Am I right? Do you really mean he's strong?

Good article. Being a father myself, I think the most important characteristic you can instill in your children is honor, and all else stems from that. A life lived honorably can be the foundation for all of the other virtues that you group together as representative of manhood.
