Too many fathers spend the first eighteen years ignoring their kids for work and the next 50 years wondering why their phone never rings. Our kids only chase us for our attention in childhood. We’ll spend the rest of our lives chasing them for attention. Will your phone ring?

1/I never call my parents for stuff. I swing by the house 1x/mo or so to say hey. They imparted no wisdom on how to navigate life, mom's not feminine, dad's not a leader, and their marriage sucks (they're basically roommates who only get along but so well).
