Not one person will tell you that kids need a big house and tons of stuff more than they need love and attention. Yet the majority of American fathers escalate their work to increase their earnings at the expense of kids who grow up not knowing their own father. What about you?

I'm the oldest of two brothers by six years. My dad's early Army and civilian career years meant he was very often absent to include a tour in South Viet Nam. But he wasn't an absent parent by any means, later on he made sacrifices to his advancement to give my brother more time.
