Good night, Twitter folks. Hope you achieved something meaningful today. I tried again my holy trio of walking in nature, (fairly) healthy eating and deliberate work and it functioned rather well. We'll see how tomorrow goes :)

I've implemented it after an unhealthy lifestyle that was draining me mentally and physically (too much sugar food, working through the night, shutting off socially etc.)
