I still have a lot of unpacking to do, but even then, my place is a good deal more tidy, orderly and clean than my siblings were, when I visited them last week.

Exactly! Plus since I'm now living a lot closer to my friends they are contacting me a great deal more, even if they can't visit right now. Oddly, my siblings seem to have few friends and they're puzzled as to how I have accumulated so many.
