Fasting 72 hours at a time, dropped 8 inches off my waist and 2 shirt sizes, blood pressure down, zero meds, metabolism burning like a furnace, rebuilding my injured shoulder. I’m getting closer to tackling one of @AJA_Cortes’ workout programs. Can’t wait.

I had massive headache @ 36hr Mark. How to fix?

Not a doctor, but when I have that it’s often something like magnesium loss, caffeine withdrawal, sugar crash from bingeing before the fast, or dehydration. Gotta cycle some options and test. And my body took a while to get used to fasting, it freaked out the first couple times.

, & because I was already thinking of doing longer fasts myself to trim down. I do a daily time-restricted-eating-window (16 hrs), but it's not taking off any excess weight.
