Shortly after my wife and I converted to Catholicism, we celebrated our 10 year marriage anniversary with a renewal of vows in the Church by a priest. He told us marriage and parenthood are sacred vocations like a domestic priesthood and just as urgent. I’ve never forgotten that.
When you see someone vandalizing the sacred temple, you don’t just run away and abandon it.

The question is not what other Catholics are doing. The question is, is this the church founded by Christ and given the keys to the kingdom? For me, through my research, that answer was yes. So it doesn’t matter what other Catholics may be doing. Where I’m called, I go.
