Closing in on hour 40 of my weekly fast. Ketosis and autophagy and all the hormonal benefits feel good mentally, much sharper focus.
Usually not, but with a newborn in the house, maybe a small amount as needed.

Longest I’ve done is 49 hours. I ended it because I was feeling fine and that made me nervous. Regular 16:8 though.
