Interesting. What days do you fast? I started fasting 2 days a week withh quarantine, but they’re not consecutive. I fast Sunday and one mid-week day, usually Thursday.

I guess what I meant to ask is, do you fast Monday through Wednesday then? Skip eating between Sunday night and Wednesday night?

Correct, Sunday around 6 to Wednesday around 6, dinner to dinner.

Damn, that’s a long one. I do a 16-17 hour fast everyday, it hasn’t lost me a lot of weight, but I feel a lot better.

I enjoy the autophagy at 36 hours and the 5x HGH boost at 72 hours. Intense.
