I started really dragging a few months back. Chugging caffeine to stay awake and alert, muscle spasms, weak body feeling. Kept craving Coca Cola for some reason though I try to avoid it. Finally hit me: Coke is loaded with potassium. Dosing with potassium now and feeling great.

Last time I had blood work done my potassium was a little high. Turns out my morning dose of spirulina and cherry juice, afternoon banana, and sweet potato supper worked. Don't go overboard or you'll have heart pallipations.
