Does this mean all mental health issues are nutritional? No. But there’s a chance some could be, while others could be exacerbated by nutritional deficiencies. See a doctor to get your levels checked and research each one to get educated.

Eat some organ meats! Use electrolyte supplements(not sports drinks) in water. LMNT is a good one. Of course check with your doctor, too.

This actually has some backing! My EDS/POTS (connective tissue and autoimmune disorders) Facebook group is always bringing this up as a potential cause for mental disorder or can cause flare ups in mental health issues. We’re constantly pushing electrolytes on each other

You won’t be surprised to hear this but a Manganese deficiency is linked to violence in men. My uncle founded a research council based in SoCal which conducted several studies showing violent crime prison inmates had severe manganese deficiencies in hair samples. Go figure.
