For the first 32 years of my life I rarely dreamt and had almost exclusively nightmares. I started taking magnesium a few years ago and the dreams ever since have been insane. It’s bizarre to suddenly have a normal dream life like I’ve always heard about.

Yeah if you're deficient in either, increasing intake through diet or supplementation will help increase testosterone production. It's more likely that people are deficient in vitamin D though & if you are supplementation can increase T levels by as much as 20%
