Can vouch for this. My wife always had dreams that she could recount, while mine were just one big blur. After starting with magnesium 2 months ago mine also have a storyline.

The night before last I dreamed I was on a train on a circular track, and every time it passed the grave of a shapeshifting zombie dragon I had to fight the dragon.

It could only be killed for good with the sword of the knight who killed it the first time, but all I had was a hatchet, so the best I could do was keep it occupied so it didn't kill any of the other passengers. In theory, the grave of the knight was somewhere else on the loop.
