It’s a slow build, and it sounds worse than it is. The hunger comes in brief waves and you learn to anticipate them, and after the first 36 it’s mostly easy.

Don’t pack in sugar and carbs before the fast, you’ll crash. Pickup some Powerade Zero to replenish lost salts so your body doesn’t crash. Use a good app like

I do water fasts. When I’m hungry, I drink water and do something productive. Hunger passes.
