A friend of mine in high school was from Wisconsin and his family almost always kept a 5-pound wheel of cheese in the house. Chipped away at it and ordered a new one when it got low.

For Wisconsin, that’s a critically low level of cheese.

I don't live anywhere near Wisconsin and think four pounds is low. Come on, man, you have a family of five! The fact that one still takes sheltering in place to extremes is beside the point.

I miss stopping in at the cheese shops along the highway passing through Wisconsin. We'd return home with great cheeses, fresh curds, and
@OldWisconsin beef sticks. Now I'm drooling for a road-trip snack of curds, beef sticks, and crackers. Thanks, Adam! -
Come on up! Eventually.
