Not everyone needs a bailout, but people who casually disregard the plight of the poor have never been poor. If anyone claims to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, they should remember that a balance already exists: Care for those in need as if you love them, but help their true need.

When they don't learn, help them anyway with forgiveness but apply rigorous teaching and expect better. I don't remember a single time, not even one, where God ever said clearing out the poor with cleansing flame was acceptable. He's quite adamant to the opposite.

The satanic attitude people are displaying toward the genuinely poor who see no options, believe the lies, and can't figure out how to do better mirrors the judgment God reserves for those who mistreat the poor.

I remember getting jumped by the project denizens who judging by their punching power had plenty of dietary protein. Not everybody lived your life so come down off that horse.
