You can use this same system at night if your brain won’t shut down and let you sleep. Write out a detailed list of projects and steps to take the next day, and your brain may stop cycling as it desperately tries not to forget important tasks.

Keep your days broken down into smaller chunks focusing on WORK tasks and HOME tasks as separate lists and separate time slots. Don’t cross the two or you may become overwhelmed and feel like you’re drowning. Break up your days into these categories to keep peaceful separation.
