Any priest who would be a spiritual advisor will roll with it.
And even just plain confession does tend to have a similar effect

Took me 11 years to try again. But I did, and I found a different parish with different priests who are warm and inviting. I tell that old story and they’re horrified and angry. Sometimes the Enemy gets involved and intercepts us to drive us away. For me, a second chance worked.

Sometimes the problem is the individual priest who’s flipped sides and is working against God. Not everyone in sheepskin is a sheep. My point isn’t to suck it up or anything. But I trusted it to God and went back and found a home and a family. Maybe someday you can, too.

When were looking for a church getting married. we knocked the door of a local one. Woman comes to the door angry and goes WHAT DO YOU WANT. I said.... well we are looking for a place to get married and you many want to read that fucking book you have there.
