Even back in my young days we looked at fictional heroes for inspiration. We also enjoyed stories of real heroes. It would seem that today not many people care much for the concept of heroism. Or rather, redefined what it is to be a hero.

Partly due to the safety of society. A swashbuckling pirate goes to jail. The errant Knight is surpassed by technology. Our fight today is one of words. Jaw jaw is better than War war, but only for a little while longer.
