Hungary created their Family Incentive program to reverse their declining population:
In 2 Years:
43%+ in Marraiges
17%+ in birthrate.
Increase America’s population via birthrate, and not mass migration.
We need this.

What stinks is some women can go past due but their work requires them to take the week before due date off so they miss out on two weeks of maternity leave they could spend with the baby. And how much leave depends on your job. If your work employed 50+ people you get 12 weeks
-
but your employer is not required by law to pay anything for those 12 weeks. Smaller companies usually give 8 weeks leave. But again those don’t have to be paid. Out of all the working moms I know the best I saw was 45% paid. I have yet to meet a mom that got full paid leave.

That's ... that's astounding. How dare you procreate?

And the worst part is this is lower scale for USA labor and delivery. We’ve been super blessed in our hospital and having no complications. And at home births are actually more expensive in most areas midwife regulations in the USA are horrible and differ state by state

America is very far behind on both maternity and paternity leave to be honest.
