I keep hearing about sigmas from folks like @roman_mcclay. I resonate with a lot of the concepts, but no concrete grasp. Is there an “intro to alpha/beta/sigma dynamics” that anyone recommends?
I’m sure Sanction covers it. Looking for complementary explicit resource.

Yeah. Archetypes are useful for compact communication and generalization. Real life is bigger and has much more color and flourish. Still… I’m interested to learn more. Time to dig I suppose.

Alphas are often large, empathetic, intelligent & extroverted; they like to lead (betas prefer alphas w/ empathy & strength) Sigmas have the same size/strength/charisma of alphas but they are artistic & introverted & prefer to advise the alpha not lead (betas distrust sigmas)pic.twitter.com/rAVp8pG6Uq
