-12 hours into a 72-hour fast
-Reviewing notes to write my next book today
-Prepping for a 12-hour office shift
-Playing with my family first

Just load up on pink salt, magnesium, and potassium (mostly salt). During a 72, artificial sweeteners will spike your insulin and make you hungry. (It's that way for me, anyway).
