The red pill as a concept is basic evolutionary psychology applied to mate selection and retention. The red pill as a quasi-religion is extreme behaviorism which removes human agency to portray mindless animals. There’s a reason CBT is more complete than pure behaviorism.

What's your experience with "bottom-up" approaches, particularly with men? It was very effective for me, but I can't say that's going to be any less weak or feminized than most CBT therapy.

Positive self-talk helps. But, I tried it earlier on, and it wouldn’t consistently take. What has helped me is diet and exercise, and this has done so much to remove (or at least reduce) ‘why I felt bad all the time.’ 1/
