I’m dying to get a little portable grill. Need some winter barbecue. All this pan-fried steak is breaking my heart.

I recommend a cast iron skillet for pan frying steaks indoors. Adds great flavor, adds iron, juices do not drip away and cook back into the steak. Seer first on high heat, then finish low and slow.
