Fine-tuning my fasting schedule. I’d planned to a 72-hour fast each week, but now I’m considering two 48s with a big keto meal between. Anyone have insight on this?

Only comment I have: Not 2 big a keto meal. Extended fasts will shrink the stomach, but a big meal can re-stretch it, & you feel wretched even if it was great keto. So maybe moderate, focused keto. Get your vitamins and nutrients. Eggs, beef, cheese, some veg. Steak omelette?
