Just hit hour 60 in my fast. Am I looking forward to eating? Sure. But I don’t crave it. I could honestly put it off even beyond the time limit. When you practice denial of self with something as basic as food, discipline in other areas becomes easy.
Right, and don’t smash the carbs and sugars first thing. Protein and fiber.
