When I was teenager, I wanted to be really rich so I could buy loads of fancy cars and impress random women.
Now, I want to be really rich so I can have a large family with tons of children, and be highly charitable.
Darn maturity...

I’ve largely given up on ever being rich myself, but I’ve set things up to make my children very wealthy indeed and I work 70+ hours a week toward that end. They’ll surpass everything I ever do. Legacy is all.

Spend more time with them. Unearned money is a bad substitute for time with their dad.

Good reminder. When I am not working I am with my children. I do little else but cultivate this legacy. Healthy attachment is one of my clinical specialities.
