Growing up, I always appreciated adults who didn't talk down to me. I extend the same courtesy to my kids. Then again, I doubt whether most folk remember what it was like to be a kid. For instance, most advocates of public school have actually been through it.

Was just a casual observation with a bit of bragging about how smart my kids are. I tweeted it while waiting for toast to pop up. Wasn’t even a call to action or telling others to copy me. But folks read things how they want to.
