10,000 IUs of vitamin D3 has been enormously beneficial for me, even better than the 6,000 I was taking. Testing out 20,000 to see if there’s any noticeable difference.

Are you serious? I went from none to 2000UI to blood tests showing i'm a bit above insufficiency at 33 mg in my blood. Normal range is 50-80. Now I'm at 4000UI per day.
