Note to self: When I crave caffeine and sugar, it’s probably a magnesium / potassium deficiency. I always forget this until the muscle tension and muscle twitches remind me.

No clue if this will work for you. But I crave sugar when my magnesium is low and my energy levels are in the toilet.
