Sometimes people are not sure of or aware of what they should even talk to others about. I think taking time to contemplate what we wish to say to someone, or to ourselves, is often important for this very reason.

The depth people often need to get to for having a conversation like that, is searched for carefully most of the time. Sometimes it's the result of what's accumulated and then pops up. Meditating on it seems to speed up the accumulation to some extent.
