Fools who claim women have never had any social power do not know how a family works, or how fiercely loyal sons are to a loving mother. A lack of overt power is not a lack of power.

Yeah they think if women aren’t in office, police force or whatever then they are weak and powerless. I’ve watched old western movies and women held real power at home, men would call them ma’am and respect their rules and maternal authority.

What about them? Literally no one was downplaying those women, I’m saying people don’t appreciate the role women play at home and act like if she isn’t in the office or if she isn’t in a male dominated space then she’s worthless or somehow weak

who sais that makes people worthless or weak? and i'd say that people who say that type of thing are obviously wrong. i'm just against the idea that woman also having social power means they shouldn't have other forms of power.

No one said that. Literally no one. The person “corrected” the post even though all the person was saying is women should take time off for their family instead of worrying about work since that adds more stress, she’s not giving up power by taking care of her kids

And I really don’t like how everything is seen as some kind of power struggle and to see who’s on top and who isn’t
