Slacked on my resistance training and my muscles weakened, joint pain returned. Good motivation to get back into it. Started last night and already feeling better.

That's remarkably weird, isn't it, that joint pain can go away with a workout. My right shoulder was aching up a storm most of last week. Worked out biceps and chest this past Friday, and the pain just went away.
