I'm recuperating from a fall that bruised my sternum/ribs and it is incredibly frustrating. I can still do squats and some leg stuff, but anything that needs core working is still shockingly achey. Which is all to say you have this and to remember how good it feels to be strong.

You'll get it man! This is one of the primary reasons I don't miss my morning 5 mile jog unless it's pouring rain, finally at the point where I never get sore afterwards...but when I first started, I could barely walk at night afterwards.

That's remarkably weird, isn't it, that joint pain can go away with a workout. My right shoulder was aching up a storm most of last week. Worked out biceps and chest this past Friday, and the pain just went away.

Just stretching can do a lot already. More than just stretching is good too though.
