The warning in revelation is speaking specifically about the book of revelation. The apocrypha was removed in the 1800s it use to be canon and still is to Catholics. I read and study other non canon books as well such as the book of enoch.

Excellent question. Basically the Jews didn’t accept them because the documents were written in Greek (except we DO have excerpts written in Hebrew). Not something I’ve spent much time looking into, but from what I recall the Apocrypha aren’t considered part of the Bible primarily because they aren’t considered to have been divinely inspired. (Having been written after the last of the prophets.)
