With respect to you both, I didn’t take the message to be insulting. Rather it highlights a challenging concept: God reveals Himself to people, we don’t find Him through logic. The process cannot be explained, only experienced, and it must be invited.

Doubtless this is an unsatisfying answer. It has nothing to do with logic. Nevertheless, it’s true. The relationship must be invited and requested. And when it is, the result is like the sky tearing open and burning with the brightest flames as thunder rakes your ears.

If you ever want to give it a try and see, test it out, let me know. At least you could try it and see if nothing happens. If it doesn’t, you’d be able to honestly say you tried it and it was a bust. Either way, my DMs are always open.

I do understand. I can respect this response. But it’s not looking that solves it. You must be called. The call is invited with specific prayer. I extend an open invitation to you at any time for the rest of our lives, I will walk you through it if you ever decide to try.

Ain’t no father, just a man. It’s an extremely simple prayer. “God, I’m seeking you. If you are here with me, please reveal yourself to me in a way I cannot deny. Glorify yourself in my life and show me the real truth about you and Lord Jesus.” Just say it aloud.

I know it’s not a satisfying answer, but it can’t be found except by asking. That’s the nature of it, asking for help to bridge the gap. It’s why we’re called children with a loving Father. The first step is humbling the self to ask for help even seeing the truth.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
