I’m also not aiming for a perfect aesthetic. A flat stomach and high stamina is my goal right now. I want to be hard to kill and ready to protect my family in any capacity. If I end up with a 20-pack of abs from my belt up to my nose like @MasculineLife, so be it.

I feel you brotha, going through the same thing. Chiropractor helped alot, but that targeted massage is hard to do solo lol. Might have to hit up a masseuse. Definitely an unforeseen consequence to getting healthy, but worth it!
