So I'm trying to eat more red meat but I can't afford fillet mignon all the time. Any suggestions for different cuts of meat and how best to cook it?

That last is the best. Cut open a hole in the side of a thick steak and cut around inside to create a pocket, stuff with a bunch of peeled cloves, wrap the steak in aluminum foil, and grill it on low heat for a long while. The entire thing will taste divine. Eat the cloves, too.

I recently stopped using aluminum oil in cooking as the food absorbs it immensely. Makes cleanup all the more difficult but no Alzheimers?
