Caffeine is a mild stimulant and helps with burning fat. I can live with this. To be fair, I used to drink a lot more caffeinated drinks in the past, and the withdrawal when I cut back was kind of bad. Headaches, drowsiness in the afternoon. But your body grows used to it.

I have no data here, just observation, but people who claim to be "Coffee Addicts" are: 1.) drinking shitty coffee 2.) drinking it with a TON of sugar or syrups in it I've never seen a black coffee drinker who was "addicted"
