Step 1: Switch to diet. They're awful (except Coke Zero and Diet Dew) but will still give you the caffeine hit, eliminating the sugar.

Diet sodas do not eliminate sugar, they just hide it in highly processed forms. Worse than having a regular soda.

I used to drink FOUR 32 oz Dr.Peppers every single day. I did that for about 6 years. I had a serious caffeine/sugar addicfion. About 6 months ago I decided to only have one a day & now I hardly drink soda. If I do it’s a sprite. That being said.. YOU GOT THIS BRO

I cut out drinking alcohol and replaced it with red bull. It was OK for a while but I would drink more and more. One night I was out. I remember thinking where the hell is that drumming coming from? It was the pulse in my neck. After that I decided to cut them out too.
