I hear you. Making regular exercise, whatever it may be, a regular part of your daily routine and taking control of your diet is essential. Those kids aren't going to get any easier to keep up with, so get support from the right people and grab it with both hands.

I hear you also. Down 2 shirt sizes and lost 8 inches off my waist so far. Stubborn torso fat, mild blood pressure issue, and low stamina remains.

Grwat work to date man! Keep at it. Consistency is the key. Remember, as you drip weight, you also need to drop calorie intake further or you'll plateau. Trust me, it's much easier to reach your kid how to ride a bike when you're fit enough to run alongside them!

Weirdly, I’ve increased my calorie intake while slimming down, but maybe that’s because I’ve switched to a high fiber / high protein diet and cut down on carbs.
