Haha And most pair have no idea how to use the rower properly either, getting nowhere near the benefit they should and risking injury along the way. Sadly, it's often the trainers leading them down the wrong path, probably in both scenarios I'd suggest. It's tragic.
I hear you also. Down 2 shirt sizes and lost 8 inches off my waist so far. Stubborn torso fat, mild blood pressure issue, and low stamina remains.

Grwat work to date man! Keep at it. Consistency is the key. Remember, as you drip weight, you also need to drop calorie intake further or you'll plateau. Trust me, it's much easier to reach your kid how to ride a bike when you're fit enough to run alongside them!

Weirdly, I’ve increased my calorie intake while slimming down, but maybe that’s because I’ve switched to a high fiber / high protein diet and cut down on carbs.
