Sounds like I need to better define my goals. Stamina improvement, cardio health, and fat loss are my primary goals right now. Muscle gain during that would be appreciated but not my goal just yet.

There's three of us in this discussion & I'd suggest all various strengths & body shapes as a result of what we do. I'm 5'10, 75kg, about 10% body fat & have fitness & stamina in spades. What I don't have is large amounts of raw strength. What sort of body are you after?
