Red meat, in of itself, is probably not a problem. The heme iron in red meat, when combined w/ high Omega-6 PUFA consumption does seem problematic. What does that mean for you? > Eat more fatty-cold water fish & green leafy fibrous vegetables > Don't eat industrial seed oils

Crisco, canola, mazola. It's in my mom's amazing chocolate chip cookies, for example. The whole world's trying to make you fat and sick if you let your guard down. That's why you've got to stick to whole food. They sneak this BS into anything and everything processed.
