I remember living with unresolved PTSD. The constant tension. Always on guard. Never planning more than a few minutes into the future because you can’t even imagine being alive next week. Not living your life, only surviving. There’s hope for life without this terror.

A variety of methods. EMDR therapy is proven to be effective for most and is available in nearly all areas.

Interesting how combat veterans see the lowest chance of success. Still a high chance but the least responsive to the therapy?

My suspicion is other factors. Hard for combat veterans to get help from non-traumatized civilians who sit in a plush office.
