I remember living with unresolved PTSD. The constant tension. Always on guard. Never planning more than a few minutes into the future because you can’t even imagine being alive next week. Not living your life, only surviving. There’s hope for life without this terror.

Interesting how combat veterans see the lowest chance of success. Still a high chance but the least responsive to the therapy?

My suspicion is other factors. Hard for combat veterans to get help from non-traumatized civilians who sit in a plush office.
